Martin has been working as a Product Designer for more than six years.
His biggest strength lays in combining the expertise of design and the experience with starting new ventures. He helps Kilta clients to architect complex software systems, lead and build design teams. Martin is fond of speaking at conferences and brought the Startup Weekend concept to the Czech Republic. Apart from Kilta, he runs a non-profit organization that helps communities in developing countries to learn and adapt digital products.
